PRICE OF THE NIGHT IN ALL APARTMENTS INCLUDES:

– use of all electrical devices in the apartment
– cable TV
– WiFi
– 24h video surveliance
– reception which is at your desposal for all your questions
– security during the night
– cleaning and and changing the sheets for minimun stay of 7
PRICE PER NIGHT DOES NOT INCLUDE-PAYMENT AT THE RECEPTION :
1. City tax for adults 160,00 RSD per person per day
2. City tax for children from 7-15 years.80,00 RSD per child per day
3. Insuriance 50,00 RSD per person per day
4. Parking spot 1.200,00 rsd per day
5. Cleaning of the apartment for stay less then 7 nights is charged 2.950,00 rsd
6. Smoking in the apartment 13.000,00 rsd
7. Deposit 12.000,00 rsd (in the case of demige)
Check in is from 2 p.m.
Check out is until 11 a.m.
Late check out in the period from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m is 50% of the price per night, check out after 3 p.m is 100% of the price per night.
Pets are not allowed
CONDITIONS FOR THE PAYMENT IN FEEL BELGRADE APARTMENTS
You can pay in cash, directly to our account or by card ( Visa, Visa Electron, Master, Maestro, Dina Card) in dinars according to middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of payment.
For the reservation (made directly) you should pay 30% in advance, the rest is paid upon check in.
If the reservation is canceled or changed in the period from the date of the reservation up to 15 days before the reservation starts, the cancellation penalties are 30% of the total amount of the arrangement. For cancellation of the arrangement for the period less than 15 days before the start of the arrangement, cancellation penalties were 80% of the total value of the arrangement. For cancellation of the arrangement 48 hours before the start of the arrangement, the cancellation penalties are 100% of the total value of the arrangement.
The price for one person in the apartment is equal to the price for two persons (minimum price for each accommodation unit)
For staying less than the stated number of days the price is increased by 20%, during the weekend Thursday-Sunday (on request)
PAYMENT METHOD FROM ABROAD:
By paying into a foreign currency account with the issuance of a foreign currency invoice to the guest. Bank charges shall be borne by the payer, otherwise, the costs will be charged at the reception desk in RSD equivalent at the NBS middle exchange rate on the day of payment.
